Blow Molding

This manufacturing technique is used to create plastic parts by inflating a heated plastic tube inside a mold until it forms into the desired shape. DeLong offers a wide range of product sizes and shapes with the option of different openings.

Printing

We use process-sheet technology to create high-quality images and durable printing plates. We select and deploy specific ink viscosities for each color to create uniform hues and saturation.

Inspection

After the printing process is complete, our inspection team performs a meticulous review of all materials included in the order. The review process entails full-scope, real-time monitoring, ensuring thorough and careful inspection. The team determines whether the images meet DeLong’s high configuration standards, which include accuracy and clarity. Any subpar or defective products will be sent back for retooling.

Laminating

The lamination process combines multiple layers that bind the composite material. This process strengthens, protects, insulates, and waterproofs a variety of substances, which extends the life of the printed pieces. In addition, enhances the appearance of the printing by deepening and brightening the ink colors.

Curing

The curing process bonds the packaging components by setting the material at a specific temperature and for a specific duration. This enables the composite to be held firmly together.
